New Game "Sniper: Ghost Warrior"

WARSAW, POLAND - Announcing its first-ever video game for the pc, City Interactive today unveiled the first screen shots of Sniper: Ghost Warrior. Based on the covert, shadow world of the military sniper, Sniper: Ghost Warrior throws players into the chaos of a military coup, as they aid the rebels in restoring the rightful government to the embattled country of Isla Trueno.

"With all-new programming airing nationally on the History Channel and the Military Channel regarding the training of snipers and their missions, interest in the art of sniping has never been greater," said Lisa Rivera, vice president of Sales for City Interactive. "Sniper: Ghost Warrior puts players into the ghillie suit of a sniper as they attempt to accomplish a wide array of sniping and assault missions."

When the democratic government of Isla Trueno is overthrown, an aggressive and hostile military command rises to power. A highly trained special ops unit is sent in to help the rebels accomplish objectives that only a sniper can handle. In addition to intense sniper missions, players will also take part in a variety of assault scenarios where their prowess with weapons will be a huge help to the undermanned rebels.

Visually gripping with numerous scenarios that include jungle and urban environments, Sniper: Ghost Warrior has several key features:

Top of the line ballistic system that accounts for environmental effects like wind and gravity. Track the bullet "trace" as it cuts through the air towards the target. Modern snipers and their spotters rely upon this "trace" to make adjustments.
Non-linear gameplay allows players to decide how they wish to approach a situation. Challenges may be completed in several different sequences, giving players the freedom to explore.
Variety of mission types from long-range sniping and close quarter combat, to booby-trapping and infiltration.

Στο παιχνίδι αναλαμβάνετε τον ρόλο ενός ελεύθερου σκοπευτή που είναι μέλος μιας ομάδας ειδικά εκπαιδευμένων κομάντο, με αποστολή να ανατρέψουν το δικτατορικό καθεστώς ενός νησιού στη Νότια Αμερική. Ο ρεαλισμός αποτελεί ένα από τα κυριότερα στοιχεία του Sniper: Ghost Warrior και για να είναι επιτυχημένες οι βολές σας, πρέπει να υπολογίζετε παράγοντες όπως η απόσταση από τον στόχο, η καμπύλη πτώσης της σφαίρας και η κατεύθυνση του αέρα, καθώς και να μάθετε να ελέγχετε τις αναπνοές σας. Η πυκνή βλάστηση της ζούγκλας σας προσφέρει ιδανική κάλυψη, οι σύντροφοί σας μπορούν να εντοπίζουν στόχους, ενώ η Bullet Cam σας επιτρέπει να απολαμβάνετε κοντινά πλάνα των πυροβολισμών σας στο ψαχνό. Τον Νοέμβριο 2010 το νέο Call of Duty

Μέχρι τον Νοέμβρη πρέπει να περιμένουμε την έβδομη συνέχεια του Call of Duty που σύμφωνα με φήμες που έχουν κυκλοφορήσει σε διάφορα διαδικτυακά φόρουμ θα λέγεται Call of Duty: Black Ops. Σύμφωνα με τις πληροφορίες που διαθέτουμε, το παιχνίδι θα εκτυλίσσετε σε διάφορες χρονικές περιόδους της σύγχρονης ιστορίας. Από το Δεύτερο Παγκόσμιο Πόλεμο, θα περνάει στον Ψυχρό πόλεμο μέχρι τα πιο πρόσφατα ιστορικά πεδία μάχης. Οι τοποθεσίες θα βρίσκονται στο Βιετνάμ, την Κούβα, τη Λατινική Αμερική και το Λονδίνο. Επιπλέον, επανέρχεται και η ιδιαίτερα δημοφιλή επιλογή των zombies, που είχε ενθουσιάσει όσους είχαν παίξει το CoD: World at War.

Call of Duty 7 has allegedly been exposed as Call of Duty: Black Ops. This has been declared by a MYSTERIOUS SOURCE from Activision that recently spilled the beans. According to this MYSTERIOUS SOURCE, Treyarch's upcoming game will take place not only in Vietnam, but at various points throughout history, providing a narrative that spans many times and places.

World War II, the Cold War, Cuba, South America and the famous Iranian embassy siege in London are all rumored to be included in Black Ops.

Even more intriguing is the rumor that this game will bring back dedicated servers are a notoriously unpopular discharge from Modern Warfare 2. Treyarch is also said to be resurrecting World At War's popular zombie mode, because zombies make everything more fun, apparently.
